I used event technology services for my company's annual conference, and overall, it was a decent experience. The equipment provided was satisfactory, and the team was helpful in setting everything up. However, I did encounter some technical issues during the event, which caused minor disruptions. It would have been better if the equipment was more reliable. The website was user-friendly, but the customer support could have been more responsive. Despite the shortcomings, Radiant Event Technology managed to deliver a satisfactory event.
