I recently engaged with a design company for a home renovation project, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. While the initial concepts and ideas presented were creative and showed promise, I encountered difficulties with the execution phase. Communication was often lacking, and there were delays in getting updates and responses from the design team. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side for the level of service provided. However, I appreciated the personalized approach and attention to detail in the final outcome. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in their project management and customer communication in the future.
