I have been a customer of Horizon professional services for over a year now and I must say, the experience has been average. The service provided is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, the response time for queries and issues raised could be faster. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
