I recently rented a property through a local housing corporation, and my experience was average. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the application process was straightforward. However, there were some minor issues with the property, such as a leaky faucet and a broken doorknob, which took longer than expected to fix. Overall, it was an okay experience, but improvements in the maintenance response time would be appreciated.
