I recently visited Lori's spa essence and had a very average experience. The massage therapist was friendly and professional, but the overall atmosphere of the spa was lacking. The treatment rooms were not very relaxing and the decor felt outdated. The massage itself was decent, but it didn't leave me feeling completely refreshed or rejuvenated. I believe Lori's spa essence has potential, but there are definitely areas that could be improved upon. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and work towards creating a more exceptional spa experience.
