As a customer of Ciklo telecom, I must say that their service is average. I have been using their internet for a few months now and it works fine most of the time. However, there are occasional slowdowns during peak hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, but I believe there is room for improvement.
