Tilly Sabco is a company that I have mixed feelings about. On one hand, their products are of good quality and their prices are competitive. On the other hand, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There have been instances where I had issues with my orders and it was a struggle to get them resolved. Overall, I would give them a 3.5 out of 5 rating.
