I recently had the opportunity to travel with Kallada tours & travels - india and I must say it was an average experience. The overall service was satisfactory and the staff was helpful. However, I did face a few issues during my trip. The bus was not very comfortable and the journey was quite bumpy. Additionally, the bus was not very clean and there was a strange smell. I hope the company takes these feedbacks into consideration and improves their services in the future.
