I recently became a client with this company and had a mixed experience. The website is informative and easy to navigate, which I appreciated. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. On the positive side, the investment options offered were diverse and seemed promising. Overall, I would say it's an average experience. I hope they can improve their communication and customer support. 👍🏼
