I have been a customer of Record-journal for a few years now, and I must say that their services are average. While their website is easy to navigate, I find that their customer service response time could be improved. I appreciate the convenience of being able to access news online, but there is room for improvement in terms of the quality and depth of their articles. Overall, I would rate Record-journal as an average company.
