I had a mixed experience with the Mcp group ltd. While their website, mcpuk.com, was easy to navigate and provided useful information, their customer support was lacking. It took a lot of effort to get a response, and when I did, the representative seemed uninformed. However, once the issue was escalated, it was resolved quickly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
