I had a mixed experience with Radiant Event Technology. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer support was lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. Additionally, the event technology they provided was outdated and did not match the level of quality I was expecting. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in their services.
