My experience with the local transit authority, particularly Delta Area Transit Authority, has been a mixed one. While the buses are generally reliable, there have been instances of delays and overcrowding. The drivers are mostly professional, but there have been a few instances where they could have been more courteous. Overall, I would rate their service as average. The website, databus.org, is informative and easy to use.
