I recently went on a trip with Designer tours and travel and it was an average experience. The tour was well-organized and the itinerary was clearly communicated. However, I felt that the overall service could have been better. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm, which made the experience a bit underwhelming. The accommodations were decent, but not exceptional. In my opinion, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and adding more exciting activities to the itinerary.
