I had a terrible experience with the Cable company...

I had a terrible experience with the Cable company. Their customer service was unhelpful and rude. The internet connection was constantly dropping and the cable channels had a lot of static. It took multiple calls and weeks of waiting to get these issues resolved. The website, oldcompany.com, was not user-friendly at all. I do not recommend this company.
