I had an average experience with Atc design group. While their team was cooperative, I found their designs to be generic and lacking originality. The final product did not match my expectations, and I needed to provide detailed feedback to make improvements. Their customer service, however, was prompt in addressing my concerns. Overall, an okay experience.
