While their website design is aesthetically pleasing, I found it lacking in user-friendliness. Navigation could be improved to make finding specific information easier.

In terms of customer service, my experience was average. The representatives were polite and professional, but their response time was not impressive. It took longer than expected to receive a resolution to my query.

However, I must credit Somerset Capital for their range of investment options. They offer a diverse selection that caters to various investment preferences.
