I've been using Connect Transit for my daily commute and it has been a reliable option. The buses are usually on time and the drivers are courteous. The real-time bus tracking feature is also helpful in planning my journey. However, the buses can sometimes get overcrowded during rush hour, which can be uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I would recommend Connect Transit to others.
