I recently dealt with Wood Buffalo Housing & Development Corporation, and my overall experience was average. The process of finding a suitable property was easy and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, there were some minor issues with the property, such as plumbing and heating problems. The maintenance response was slow, and it took longer than expected to get them fixed. Other than that, everything was fine.
