I recently purchased flooring from this company and overall, the experience was satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and had a good variety of options. The customer service was helpful, but the response time was a bit slow. The delivery process went smoothly and the quality of the flooring was decent. However, the actual color of the flooring didn't quite match what was shown on the website, so that was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the installation process was efficient and the end result looks good. I would recommend this company for their ease of use and decent quality, but be mindful of slight color variations. Overall, a standard experience with room for improvement.
