I recently used Italie2go to plan my trip to Italy and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They took a long time to respond to my emails and were not able to answer all of my questions. Overall, I would say that Italie2go is an average company.
