As a customer, I recently hired a company to carry out renovation work on my home, and my experience with Home Sweet Home (hs home reformas, s.l.) was rather average. While the company website, homesweethome.cat, was easy to navigate and provided relevant information, the overall execution of the project fell short of my expectations.

The initial interaction with the company was professional, and they were prompt in providing a detailed quote for the job. However, there were delays in starting the project, and communication regarding the timeline was lacking. The quality of the workmanship was satisfactory, but not exceptional.
