I had a mixed experience with Wood Buffalo Housing & Development Corporation. The customer service was helpful, but the overall process was quite slow. It took longer than expected to get a response regarding my application. However, once I got the approval, the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The property I rented was in good condition and well-maintained. The only downside is that the rent was a bit higher compared to similar properties in the area. Overall, it was an average experience.
