⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an average experience with Forklifts of St. Louis Inc. The service was decent, but I felt that the staff could have been more attentive and knowledgeable. The forklift I purchased works fine, but I expected better customer service for the price I paid. Overall, not a bad experience, but there is room for improvement.
