I recently had the opportunity to engage the services of a law firm for some legal advice, and after researching several options, I decided to go with Tran Law Firm. From my experience, I would rate the company as average. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, their response time to my initial inquiry was slightly delayed, and I had to follow up with them. The consultation itself was satisfactory. The attorney was knowledgeable and provided the information I needed. However, I found the overall communication to be lacking in terms of follow-up and proactive updates. The pricing was fair, but not exceptional. Although the firm provided the legal assistance I required, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and client communication.
