I had a pretty average experience with Innovate India. The website was easy to navigate and had some interesting information about the company, but I found the overall design to be a bit outdated. The rate at which they responded to my queries was satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their customer service. Overall, it was an okay experience.
