I recently visited a local optometry clinic for my eye check-up and overall, it was an average experience. The website was informative and easy to navigate. The staff at Bass River Optometrics was polite and professional, making me feel comfortable during my visit. However, I did find the waiting time to be a bit longer than expected, which was a slight inconvenience. The optometrist was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but didn't go above and beyond to provide personalized recommendations for my specific needs. The selection of eyeglasses was decent, although I was hoping for a bit more variety. In terms of pricing, they were fair but not the most affordable option available. While Bass River Optometrics offers a satisfactory service overall, there are areas where they could improve to provide a more exceptional experience for their customers.
