I had a mixed experience with Severance Lodge Club. While the location and views were exceptional, the customer service left much to be desired. I encountered some issues with my reservation, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving them effectively. Despite the beautiful setting, I would hesitate to recommend this place due to the lackluster service.
