I have been practicing yoga here for over a year now and I have seen a tremendous improvement in my flexibility and strength. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, and the classes are challenging but accessible to all levels. I highly recommend Black Dog Yoga to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice!
