Crown Computer is an average company. Their products are decent, and the prices are competitive. However, I was not overly impressed with their customer service. While the staff was polite, I felt like they lacked in-depth knowledge and didn't go the extra mile to assist. If you're looking for a basic computer, Crown Computer can be considered, but if you want exceptional service, I would recommend exploring other options.
