The housing complex had its pros and cons. The location was convenient, being close to shopping centers and public transportation. The grounds were well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and plenty of parking spaces. However, there were a few disappointments. The units were quite dated and in need of renovation, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The walls were a bit thin, as I could occasionally hear noise from neighbors. The staff was friendly but not always responsive to maintenance issues. Overall, it was an average experience. The rent was reasonable for the area, but considering the condition of the units, it felt a bit overpriced. I believe with some updates and more attentive management, Cedar Village of Schaumburg could improve and provide a better living experience.
