I have been using the services of Circells mobile telekom limited​ for a while now and I have mixed feelings about them. While the coverage and call quality are decent, there have been times where the customer support was unresponsive. It took a long time to resolve my issues, which was frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as an average service provider.
