I recently had the opportunity to work with El Volcan S.A. de C.V., and I must say, it was a mediocre experience. The customer service was average, and the quality of their products was just okay. I expected more considering their reputation. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
