The customer support at Salice was quite disappointing. I reached out with a simple inquiry through their website, but the response time was extremely slow. It took them almost a week to get back to me, which was very frustrating. Additionally, when I finally did receive a response, the information provided was not helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't really understand my issue and just gave me a generic response. On the positive side, their website is easy to navigate and has a nice design. The product selection is also decent, with a good range of options available. However, the lackluster customer support experience really let me down. Overall, I would rate my experience with Salice as average.
