I have been dealing with the Otsego County Treasurer's Office for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. While they are not exceptional in any way, they do get the job done. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they need more training to provide a smoother experience. Overall, my experience with them has been decent.
