I recently stayed at The Parkway Hotel and Spa Limited and overall, it was an average experience. The hotel staff was courteous and the facilities were clean. However, I found the room size to be quite small and the bed was not very comfortable. The spa services were good though, and I enjoyed the massage. The breakfast provided was also average, with limited options available. In terms of value for money, I would say it was just okay. I might consider other options for my next visit to Cardiff.
