Y+ yoga studio is like a second home to me. The instructors are highly experienced and passionate. They create a safe and welcoming space for practitioners of all levels. The studio is always clean and has a calming energy. The classes are well-organized and challenging, but also offer modifications for beginners. I am grateful to be a part of this yoga community.
