I recently had an experience with this bank while trying to open a new account. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, I found the registration process to be quite cumbersome and time-consuming. The customer service representatives were friendly, but their response time was a bit slow. Additionally, I wish there were more branches and ATMs available, as it was inconvenient for me to travel a long distance to access their services. On the positive side, the online banking platform is user-friendly and offers a variety of features. The security measures in place also gave me peace of mind. While I appreciate the efforts made by the bank, there is still room for improvement in terms of efficiency and convenience.
