Being a CUSTOMER of The financial, I can say that their service is quite average. While their website is easy to navigate and they offer a variety of services, their customer support leaves much to be desired. There have been multiple instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Additionally, their resolution to problems is not always satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
