I recently used Property Review Australia to find a new apartment. The overall experience was average. The website was user friendly and it was easy to browse through the available properties. However, the customer service could have been better. There were delays in responding to my queries and it took longer than expected to finalize the rental agreement. I hope they improve their response time in the future.
