Shaffer Electric is an average company. The services they provided me were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, but lacked a bit of friendliness. The pricing was fair and transparent. Overall, I would recommend Shaffer Electric if you need electrical work done, but don't expect anything amazing.
