I have been going to Align brooklyn for a few months now and I can't say enough positive things about it. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They make sure everyone is performing the poses correctly and offer modifications when needed. The studio itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Align brooklyn is a gem!
