I've had an overall average experience with Al-khabeer international company b.s.c (c). The service was decent, but nothing spectacular. The website, altertrails.com, was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I did encounter some issues with their customer support. They were slow to respond and not very helpful. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
