I had a mixed experience with Pain Surprises. While their products are of good quality and taste delicious, their customer service can be improved. There have been a few instances where my order was delayed or the wrong items were delivered. However, they were quick to resolve the issues and provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
