Having been a customer of Atlantic municipal utilities for several years, I can say that their service is average. While they do provide a reliable service, there have been a few instances where I have experienced outages or disruptions. The rates are reasonable, but the customer service could be more prompt in resolving issues. Overall, I have no major complaints, but there is room for improvement.
