I had a mixed experience with Troops.fr. Overall, their service was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I had some issues with the delivery of my order. It took longer than expected and there was a lack of communication regarding the delay. The quality of the product was good though, so that's a plus. I hope they can improve their delivery process in the future.
