I had an average experience with Metromerce. The website metromerce.com is decent, but it lacks some crucial information about products. It took some time to find what I was looking for. The overall design is outdated and could use a revamp. The customer support was responsive, but the resolution time could be improved. The product I ordered was satisfactory, but I expected better quality. I believe there is potential for improvement.
