I recently purchased some books from a well-known online bookstore and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The website was difficult to navigate and the checkout process was confusing. The books arrived late and were not well-packaged, resulting in some damage. I was really hoping for a better experience, especially considering the reputation of the company. I would not recommend them.
