I have been a loyal customer of Gorilla cinema presents for years and I must say, their service is average. The variety of movies they offer is good, but the overall experience is just average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the facilities could be improved. The ticket prices are reasonable, but I believe they could offer more discounts and promotions. Overall, it's an okay cinema to visit.
