I recently traveled with a travel agency and I was not completely satisfied with their service. The booking process was smooth, but the communication was lacking. I had some concerns and it took a long time to get a response from the agency. The accommodations provided were average and the itinerary could have been better planned. However, the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. In conclusion, I would rate my experience with this travel agency as average.
